Hi-
I just downloaded and installed 5.1. but now when I try to go to category view I just get this
message: "Unable to create view: Plug-in "com.digitbit.chinese.rcp.flashcard" was unable to
instantiate class "com.digitbit.chinese.rcp.flashcard.views.CategoryView".

If I had to guess, it looks like you've installed over a previous install of the program. Try
either doing an uninstall, or install again to a separate directory.

Thanks Chris. That worked. Although, stupid me, I ended up installing the new version and
completely wiping out my older version, along with all my categories and flashcards. Next time
maybe I will remember to just update.

Well, there might be a chance you can retrieve your categories. Are you using Windows? If you were
upgrading from 0.5.0, then your categories should be in a file called user.script in your
c:/documents and settings//zdt directory by default. So an uninstall shouldn't have
hosed it. Although, if that's the case, you should see them when using the new version. Send me a
PM if you have more details.

I'm currently working on testing the new 0.5.2 version at the moment. Among other things, it will
include an auto-backup feature so that all your data will be automatically saved on exit. So
hopefully that will mitigate future problems.
